In addition to his position as Co-Founder of Kosovo Israel Development & Investment Corporation LLC , he works as a consultant in various organizations.

Yehiel Hilik Bar, Co-Founder of KIDIC, served as a Member and Vice President of the of the Israeli Parliament until 2019. Formerly Bar also served as the Secretary General in the Israeli Labor Party (2010-2017) and as a senior advisor to several Ministries in the Israeli Gov. Previously served as a Counselor and Member of the Jerusalem City Council, holding the Tourism and Foreign Affairs portfolios. In 2019 he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Georgian American University, for his activities to promote peace in the Middle East. He holds an MA in political science and international relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
